Curtin Heritage living is a not-for-profit provider of residential care, retirement living and home care services. We predominantly provide services to older people living in the western suburbs of Perth.

Curtin Heritage Living has two residential aged care homes. Our award-winning home, Marine Views Cottesloe and Riversea Mosman Park are both co-located with two retirement communities. Waterfront Cottesloe is a multi-award-winning resort style integrated community overlooking iconic Cottesloe beach. RiverSea Village in Mosman Park is a small garden community located next to Monument Hill in Mosman Park.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Client Services Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis.
Based at our world leading Cottesloe site, you will play a key role in the design and delivery of services to those in our community. Formally known as additional services and soon to be under the name Higher Everyday Living Fee, you will be responsible for the sign up and coordination of our clients to additional services ensuring that each resident takes part and enjoys activities they love to do. You will be required to spend time at both sites, working closely with our community and dedicated teams to identify opportunities for growth.
We are seeking a lively and outgoing, highly organised and passionate individual to ensure our residents and their families receive and experience high-quality, personalised services.

This new role will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the services we offer those in our community meet their needs and expectations.
You will have:
· Experience working in service delivery and customer service
· Experience working in health or wellness settings
· Excellent communication skills, highly organised and approachable personality
· An interest in working with older people
· Experience within aged care, disability and/or community services
· Computer literacy – all our systems are electronic
· A National police clearance - we can help you to get one if you need
